Why are my products not showing in the dropdown of a product?

It is possible that the API token is no longer valid. Please verify if the token is not expired and has a valid host. The token should use the "Viewer Token" role.

After setup, the product page does not show the 3D configurator

It might be possible that the active theme is not configured correctly. The theme needs to support WooCommerce. The latest WooCommerce Block themes are not supported.

How can I use a preset from the Backoffice?

Currently, it is not possible to use presets that are configured in the Backoffice. However, you can create a preset on the product page. Click here for more info.

How can I apply discounts to my product?

The Expivi plugin will calculate the base price of your product both in real-time on your product page and once the product has been added to the cart. These price settings are configured in the Backoffice. Currently, Expivi does not offer the ability to apply discounts on the product itself. Fortunately, Expivi integrates with the WooCommerce plugin, so any discounts applied to the cart will also apply to Expivi products.
