How are prices calculated?​

  • When using Simple product, the prices are calculated by Expivi.

  • When using Bundle product, the prices are grabbed from the Magento store based on the line items within the bundle.

Do the orders generated by Expivi contain the Magento line items (SKUs)​

When using Simple product, all of Expivi's generated line items will have the same SKU as the connected Simple product.

When using Bundle product, the bundle will contain the Magento line items with the correct Magento SKU and stock management.

How can I use a preset from the Backoffice?​

How can I apply discounts to my product?​

The Expivi plugin will calculate the base price of your product both in real-time on your product page and once the product has been added to the cart. These price settings are configured in the Backoffice. Currently, Expivi does not offer the ability to apply discounts on the product itself. Fortunately, Expivi integrates with the Magento plugin, so any discounts applied to the cart will also apply to Expivi products.

When in Bundle mode, the prices shown on PDP will follow the final price calculated by Magento, including the any discounts calculated by Magento.
